Additional Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.

Furthermore contained in this recent photograph release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.

The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a swimming pool.

You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the south-eastern section.

This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a legend labelling different parts of the property.

Accompanying this are what look to be several other construction diagrams and construction drawings, including plans for dock shelters.

Further materials disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
